Seller: Noretron Components Ltd.
Buyer: A seller’s customer who ends up with a contract with the seller or places an order through an online store
Supplier: The manufacturer or other supplier who supplies the seller's products
Carrier: A transport company, etc., that transports goods from the seller to the consignee indicated by the buyer
Scope of application
These delivery terms apply to deliveries of products sold by Noretron Components Ltd., unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Agreement / Trade
A contract / transaction between a buyer and a seller is deemed to have arisen when
- the parties have signed a written delivery agreement
- the buyer has accepted the seller's offer
- the seller has confirmed a buyer's order not based on the seller's offer (eg e-commerce order)
- the buyer has accepted the seller's spoken offer or vice versa (telemarketing)
The prices of the products are presented both as taxable (VAT 24%) and excluding VAT (VAT 0%) and are based on the Bank of Finland's exchange rates and world market prices for raw materials on 1 January 2020. Prices are valid until further notice. Noretron Components Ltd. reserves the right to change prices without notice if the supplier's prices, exchange rates or raw material prices change significantly. The small delivery surcharge is € 12.40 (€ 10.00 / VAT 0%) for orders under € 49.60 (€ 40.00 / VAT 0%).
We invoice companies if there is a valid invoicing agreement with the company. The payment term for corporate account customers is 14 days from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed. The default interest rate is 8%. For companies without an invoicing agreement and for private customers, the payment terms are e-commerce payment methods or delivery after payment of a pre-invoice.
The delivery period starts from the conclusion of the contract. Delivery time for our stock products is 1 - 4 days and for factory deliver products 1 - 10 weeks. Orders for stock items placed before 13:00 on weekdays will be delivered within the same day. Pickup orders for stock items can be picked up on weekdays between 8:00 and 16:00 as soon as the order confirmation has been received by the customer (unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation).

Delivery and packaging costs will be charged according to our valid price list based on the weight and volume of the shipment.
The seller is not responsible for any delay beyond his reasonable control.
The buyer undertakes to keep the username and password he has received carefully and to hand them over only to trusted persons if necessary. The buyer is responsible for all transactions and obligations made with his username.
Delivery and liability for damage
The goods are delivered es works from the seller's warehouse in Espoo. Liability for damage passes to the buyer when the goods have been handed over to the buyer or carrier. The seller can insure the delivery on the buyer's invoice, in which case the insurance costs are invoiced separately.
Warranty - liability for product defect
The seller gives the buyer a guarantee that the product is correct. The warranty is 6 to 36 months. The seller undertakes to correct defects in raw materials and workmanship at his choice, either by refurbishing the defective products or by delivering new products to replace them. The buyer must immediately return the defective products to the seller for inspection with defect reports. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling or use, normal wear and tear, or modifications to the product.
The cost of returning defective products is the responsibility of the buyer and the cost of delivery of repaired or new products is the responsibility of the seller. The seller's liability for a defect in the goods is limited to the warranty and the seller is not obligated to compensate for any consequential damage.
Order cancellation / return
Private customers have the right to exchange or return all or part of the order made in online store, in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Law within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging. However, the right of return does not apply to custom-made products (eg metric cables that are cut to the customer's desired length). Before returning, the customer must complain about the delivery to the seller at firstname.lastname@example.org and then the return must be made immediately, following the instruction provided by the seller, well packaged and at the customer's own expense,
The return must include the returner's name and contact information, as well as the bank account number for the refund.
Corporate customer may cancel an order only with the consent of the seller. A maximum of eighty percent (80%) of refunds for stock items will be refunded, and we will also charge the handling costs for the return. Cancellations for brokerage or custom-made products that the seller has purchased or measured specifically for the buyer will not be accepted by the seller. The RMA number required for the return must be requested from the seller, returns received without a return authorization will not be refunded.
